An Edwards ceiling-mount fire alarm horn/strobe, mounted on a wall at Union Station in Washington DC. The vertical alignment of the strobe is consistent with that of other fire alarm notification appliances at Union Station, however, this is the only one that I've found where the lettering was intended for ceiling mounting rather than wall mounting.
